i'm at home now; i left london this morning on the via and slept the entire two and a bit hours...the first hour with my head cocked to one side, and the second hour with my head cocked to the other side (it was a painful transition) and my mouth partly open...when i got to union station, my whole mouth was dry, my dentinal tubules were probably all dried, and it was difficult to get my mouth hydrated again...

i'm still exhausted despite being done school! friday our class partied at the ceeps - which is this really seedy looking bar and probably usually is most of the time, but us dental students are such snazzy dressers...anyway, i had some difficulty deciding what to wear because of excessive exam munchies (too tight = folds of stomach blubber sticking out). hmmm. there's just so elegant way to extend that sentence. last night everyone was moving and saying goodbye, and we had a much-looked-forward-to steak dinner at the keg...i LOVE bearnaise sauce! we met billy's naomi and pris-the-killa came too and despite my severe severe exhaustion, harmeet and esom kept me laughing with their consumer's distributing antics, and genvieve with her kama sutra inquiries...(i'll have to get that one a book). being done school makes me such a night-owl, an insomniac, because now i'm suddenly free from having to go to the library day after day. gosh, this post is a little skimmy superficial. me and pregnancy watched the virgin suicides last night, and then into the next morning, we watched far from heaven. i've got this cute little tv/vcr that zee lent me for the summer, and a microwave...i can now officially have popcorn and rent movies every single night of the week that i am in london. i really want to see a whole bunch of movies, especially this japanese cartoon one about a little girl, and shanghai triad, which has an actress i really like, gong li (when i told this to someone, he said i had strange taste in women!). i think i will try to read the bible in its entirety this summer. more people should, if not to be familiar with the biggest literary source for all major subsequent works of fiction, poetry, plays...

ahh....smells of home. it was like i never left. my dad rushing off to work, my brother with his music blasting, my mom cooking, strange smells....

gotta find the ikea catalogue. i want to fix up my new apartment a bit...one big comfy chair, a large rug, curtains, some artwork. i want to pain the place too, but i'm not sure how much patience i have for masking taping walls and stuff and painting on a chair and upside-down due to my wonderful height...
