i have to say that i used to be pretty afraid of eating large chunks of red meat (you know, prions and all that) but yesterday - at our half-year's end dinner celebration at the Keg, I had the best piece of filet mignon I've ever tasted - wrapped in bacon with roast garlic mashed potatoes and literally three slices of grilled vegetable (AAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!!!!! so little!)...i never knew meat could be so tasty...although it's not surprising, cause since i got here i've acquired a lot of tastes...such as for harvey's cheeseburgers, harvey's poutine, manchu wok sometimes, and the extravaganzza pizza from domino's....a taste for fat...(waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!! piggy!!!!!)

our entire dents class decided (bahara sent out an itinerary AND a revised itinerary) to go to the ceeps, and then ended up at george and satyan's place (their place is SO nice! it has a massive table for racing little remote control cars, they have a MASSIVE tv, furniture that looks like it belongs to an investent banker renting out a place on 1 king west, and in lieu of regular glasses, they have wine glasses and flutes of all different sizes....they have the advantage of being downtown and being near most of the pubs and nicer places to eat and drink...and being near the martini bar (stop #2). anyway, somehow, in between the keg and the ceeps, i ended up seeing Red Dragon with pregNancy and Jesse...i hate horror flicks and the Ring nearly did me in (thanks for Jesh calling me every now and then to remind me how many days i had to live, and even posting THAT DISGUSTING RING PICTURE on my door, but here's how i came to see this hannibal lector thing:
"Does this have cannibalism and stuff in it?"
"NO, not at all. it's not like that."
"are you sure? no cannibalism?"
"yup. let's go."
and of course, the first entire opening is a human liver dinner party! waaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!! pregNancy and Jesse - SO MEAN! needless to say, i did not want to go back to my apartment alone...i STILL have to pack. i have stuff lying all over my floor. and i have to leave in about an hour. my ultimate dream, in addition to having my own hot male bodybuilding model-hygienists, is to have...a cook, a masseuse, a general assistant, a grape-peeler, a personal shopper....i'm getting lazy. yesterday, when i cleaned my apartment, it was because it was almost the point of no return - unsent garbage, my own hairs everywhere, dishes from one month ago...yuck.
so, if you're in toronto, go see the Toronto Operetta Theatre's winter production! my friend lil is in it - she's dancing - i think it's going to be a quiet christmas. there are so many parties and events, but at the same time, everyone's going home, like far home - but i'm kind of grateful for it...i need to mentally prepare myself for the...11 exams and practicals we have this upcoming term....
