one of my oldest friends from elementary school and high school, deb, just got engaged over thanksgiving turkey....to clayton! yay! congrats!!

incidentally (or not so incidentally), someone, AGAIN, asked me if i was still single. i seem to be getting asked that a lot. then they ask why i am single. (i couldn't tell ya). i must have it tattooed across my forehead, or perhaps i have that bitter look of decrepit forlorn-ness that results from years of lonely singlehood.

i'll just set the record straight that i'm not lonely! i'm not bitter! i quite like the single life. what i need, i think, is a non-committal relationship. i've never really had one of those before, but i think i should make a grand foray into the fleeting world of casual dating.

i did border molding with laurie today on our denture patient! yay!
